Phoenix, Nadia’s double cup spin to deadlift, “air walk” on spinning deadlift, and the other half of my fonji!

Everyone feels like they plateau – even polers who have been doing it for ages. Just keep perfecting what you know and strengthening 🙂 one day you will fall out of a trick and catch yourself in one you’ve been trying to achieve 😉

I have owned my own drive through espresso stand for a year and a half and chose to become an LLC. All this means is that it I am no longer unable to pay my bills, an irate customer attempts to sue me, or I want to open a different business – they are completely different than my own personal credit and “reputation”. It’s for your own protection.

For example, if a student fell and hurt themselves, and for some reason didnt sign a waiver, they would sue the LLC not my personal self. So if I’m wrapped up in a expensive legal case they would be unable to take my car, house, etc. it’s for your own personal protection 🙂

Let me know if you need any help!

Hahah squashed cockroach… I was taught to get out or it the same way you got into it. If you can balance out and perhaps get your back leg down straight you could go into a pole split? I can try tonight and let you know 🙂

  • I’ve done hair for five years – and color oops will probably melt your hair off at this point. You will have to settle for a medium brown and gradually lighten it, depending on the integrity and health of your hair. I suggest going to a salon as well :/

My dog had surgery so I haven’t been back for awhile 🙂 they are all doable!! I think it makes it easier to achieve tricks when you visualize yourself doing them 🙂 rainbow marcenko is also another one of my favorites!!

And lyndsey the Machine gun is some flexy but mostly balance – suwasit taught me a trick in Vegas 🙂 haven’t really fooled around with it since though.

I just got the batwing but I’m not sure if I know it well enough to trouble shoot. :/ I can do twisted grip deadlift, working on fonji, and some other advanced tricks – but for some reason the handspring evades me. It’s just the timing. I have no idea why lol I dread going into an advanced workshop in Vegas that starts with handsprings (cup grip) :/ I can go out and pull in again from my iron x but why not from the ground

twisted grip is no problem though.
