According to the chart the 750 used alone should work or combine 500 with the 250. Ar you sure you measured the ceiling correctly? if it’s under 10 u need try the 500 with 125 that will get u 9th 10in

OMG.. I am so glad I read this post today..Anngiern your comment has help me to with my confidence level as well. I have been presented with an opportunity to teach pole here in my city that doesnt have a pole studio and was weary too because I classify myself as beginner/intermediate but cant do many big tricks…and I too want my target audience to be everyday women looking to jazz up there workouts with a little fun and sexiness
But I didnt think I had enough skills to teach others…. "i think there is a big misconception in the pole world that you have to be able to do every trick in the book to be a teacher and that is not true. there is so much more to teaching than being able to do all the "hard" tricks" th this "
This quote really brought it home for me

I have the mats and i cut a slit and small circle the diameter of the pole in one that goes around the pole so the pole is coming out the middle of the mat.

I so wished for a class like Azriel has explained
Just basic strength conditioning moves for the pole..like the tucks, holds, prances, climbing and such..the building blocks that we all need especially in the beginning. I second the stretching should be saved for the end

Thanks guys…I have thought about themed parties but I wasn't sure if I am to suggest themes or let the ppl that book the party request a theme…boas and ties sound fun…I always related them to chair routines but i guess it could work for the pole too. Love the theme music idea for different type parties…
Right now I have only done a simple pole routine that had some floor work but not anything with a chair.I show the routine..then teach it move by move having the ladies come up and do the move..and then at the end they each do the whole routine.. I had this idea of getting beads or pins and a crown and at the end whoever has collected the most beads or pins and does the complete routine wins the title/crown "Pole Diva" for the night.
And as far as the boas do they keep them or give them back??
