    Yes I am in Dar! Please let me know if you do ever come to Tz! I will mail you with my details. We have been to Kenya a couple of times but only to Tsavo West so just across the border really. .not to NBO yet except the airport in transit 😉

    Hi Little Swift! ! That is so awesome! ! I had no idea there were polers in Rwanda!! Yes it would be awesome to meet up! And you have a studio too! Awesome! We really need to talk! What is your email? My husband is traveling to Kigali in November after elections here but unfortunately I won’t be able to join him. .maybe next time! 🙂

    Hi LolaSlaytor! I live in Tanzania which is where my studio is! I have some good friends in Uganda who I can put you in touch with! They are not polers but are lovely people and would be glad to help you out I am sure 🙂

    Hi! I live in a very humid climate and have stainless steel X-poles which I love!! They are grippy enough for holds,lifts and poses, great for spins and perfect for drops as they don’t remove half your skin on the way down 🙂
    Also very robust and easy to care for!

    Hey there! Cayman Islands wow exciting! ! I live in Tanzania on the coast where it is also extremely hot and humid! I use the stainless steel x-poles and they work great for me and do not rust like the chrome or titanium! Hope that helps 🙂

    Hi there! I am not sure if you have heard of Moringa but it is one of the new “natural power foods” and is very rich in protein (more than spirulina) and also a while lot of vitamins and minerals! You can just put some of the powder into your smoothie or green juice or mix it with yoghurt 🙂
