I recommend you to watch videos of Elena Shtalinskaya (Ð•Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð° Ð¨Ñ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð½ÑÐºÐ°Ñ), she is one of the best (if not the BEST) in Russia in exotic pole dance.
