Thankyou so much for your reply I think it is most definatley happened due to carelessness putting my pole up/ down! Which I will defo take more care doing from now on!!! I will try using a screw extractor but will have to get 1 from the uk lol… Thankyou again for your advice hun 🙂 xx

Hi everyone this is my 1st post, hope someone can help… Basically my xpole xpert is stuck on static at the moment, 1 of the screws inside the bottom to switch to static/spin seems to have been rounded off therefore the Allen key just keeps turning, I’ve only had my pole about 4 months does anyone know if it should bs under guarantee as j bought it direct from xpole, or does anyone have any advice on how to get it working again??? 🙁 xx
