Thanks everyone for the great advice, I have several options for a place to do my poling. It will require a lot of cleaning and stuff but it wil be totally worth it. My pole space project will be something I'm going to do this summer when my college classes are over. Because I live so far from my campus I have to shuttle back and foreward from my college town to my home. I live in someone's basement in my college town, yeah I know… and yes it awful! very low ceilings just under 7 feet (The biggest flaw for my pole!) XD But it's all I need and afordable, I have my own bathroom and bedroom down there plus a big living area. Anyway back to the pole space thing, I want to decorate the area in my fav colors, and other things that inspire me. I'm also going to look for big mirrors, there is something about mirrors and dancing… I LOVE it! Next weekend I go home and start planning this. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Yes the pole is hollow, but the base plate is too heavy to use a broom handle on it. I think it would break or smash the broom handle, I'll give it a try though….I tried taking the screws off, but that's not where the problems is, you can tell it's almost about the come off, just that last little part of is stuck… I have found out that the base plate with base insert stuck to each other still fit's in the bag along with the dome, it just looks weird (a huge bulge).

I don't have have the xpert xpole, mine is the original one…. so it doesn't have the x joint technology… 🙂

This is kind of funny, I mean it's obvious that Veena isn't bias toward x-pole. Otherwise Veena/PS wouldn't offer 10% off their poles for the members here. As for x-pole VS PS I have no idea who is better, I'm going to buy an x-pole, I can't buy a PS pole multi piece pole because of the weight limit. Also, I know a lot of people have issues with PS customer service and not with x-pole. Anyway in the end it's a personal preference…

Thank you all! I know it's all about clean eating, but what I'm cutting out is the big stuff that always made me gain weight. And yes, I'm not setting a huge goal for myself right now, I knowI will never be "skinny" all the way so… 😛
