I second the sea salt scrub. I recently purchased a sea salt scrub that’s soaked in oil – and it is amazing! I use a small amount of it daily when I shower, and I use a very light lotion (as opposed to a heavy body butter or cream) afterwards. It soaks right up, and I also try to not over-do it in areas where I know I need lots of grip for the pole (inside thighs, behind the knees).

    She’s ridiculous.

In the pole fitness class I’ve been taking, we use 45 mm poles (not xpole), but I purchased a 50 mm xpole…..and it might just be me, but I feel that the 50 mm is sturdier than the 45 mm.

We all have body parts we don’t like, and I agree with the comment above me, we don’t REALLY get to see what our butt looks like (except maybe in 360 degree mirrors at the mall), so when we see it from another person’s perspective (like in a video), we might not be so happy with what we see.

You have to learn to love what you have and flaunt that booty like you’re a Brazillian bikini model – no matter how bootyliciously big or small your butt is!

Also, a lot of it is in your genetics – and there is nothing you can do in that department yet.

Personally, when I dislike a body part, I stand in front of a mirror and tell myself I can hate it and be miserable, or I can learn to love it and go have fun with it.

You can work out and do 500 squats a day, but ultimately, it’s all in your head – and that’s where change of attitude starts.

I think the best thing to do when you have doubts about how your butt looks is ask your husband what he thinks; and I have a feeling his answer will be quite uplifting for you!

    Thanks for the help girls!

Where I live, full nudity is acceptable at clubs (yet somehow I doubt I’ll do that).

I’m thinking going on an amature and seeing what that’s like… I’ve been told it’s pretty much open to whatever during those nights.

And yes I do intend and going there soon and checking the place out and seeing what I’m up against.

I think it could be a fun opportunity to work on my perfomance skills…*fingers crossed* I won’t fall flat on my face!

As a beginner myself, I’ve learned the fireman (with modifications), chair spin (with modifications), front hook (my brain can’t figure out the back hook!!), and pin-wheel. For holds, I’m at a basic teddy/boomerang hold.

Any other suggestions to moves I can try? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

My all-time favorite – So Hott by Kid Rock. Vegas dancers meet good ol’ Rock’n’Roll.

Other than that (in no logical order):

    Sex Bomb – Tom Jones
You Can Leave Your Hat On – Joe Cocker (if you can, find the version done by Garou – a French-Canadian singer, sexiest voice in the world)
Telephone – Lady Gaga ft. Beyonce
Patron Tequila – Paradiso Girls ft. Lil’ Jon (I’m not kidding)
    Tainted Love – Pussycat Dolls
    American Woman – Lenny Kravitz
Ayo Technology – Justin TImberlake ft. 50 Cent (and find the version done by Katherine; much slower and more sensual)
    Bad Girl – Pussycat Dolls
    Big Spender – Shirley Bassey
    3 – Britney Spears
    Mmm Papi – Britney Spears
Bounce – Timbaland ft. Justin Timberlake, Dr. Dre, Missy Elliot
Sexy Bitch – Akon ft. David Guetta
Bad Girl – Britney Spears ft. Lil’ Wayne

I’m too lazy to look through all my songs now https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
