what do you say about these shows? are they any good?

http://www.bestofvegas.com/Shows-Tickets/crazy-girls/I thought about Stripper 101 but I want to learn new spins or tricks and I am currently in my polestudio at the Level of outside leg hook, butterfly and ellbowgrip aysha and I am practicing Shouldermount and Superman … so I don’t think the beginners class is not right for me.
Just looked at the page for Shine Alternative Fitness and I am guessing Pole Fitness 2 or 3 could be possible. Looks awesome – love the page and I’d love to do a drop-in class (have to coordinate with the SAP d-code convention – have to work there too *LOL* – honestly its a work vacay but why not add some pleasure too, right?!

MemberSeptember 19, 2014 at 2:13 am in reply to: Clubs in Vegas for great PoleperformancesI asked via email at http://www.polefitnessstudio.com/ for class recommendations based on what I’ve learnt so far and they told me I could go to the advanced classes .. will probably do one intermediate instead as I am not sure I can manage some of the advanced tricks.
For the strip-clubs its hard to find anything … -
some pole girls actually got their mats from a Baumarkt .. you can just buy a foam plastic and cut it the way you want it … its much cheaper 🙂
-
@chemgoddess1 .. you’re totally right … I make the same mistake sometimes and it damn hurts like hell. also had a muscle torn in my lower arm because of that mistake .. I always have to remind myself that its not an actual grip but to push myself away from the pole.
-
Gotta say Cleo and Alethea … both are incredible and as a rock chick myself I just love their style and music … 😉
-
oooh I love this challenge … would be my first w/ Veena and you pole-ladies and my pole. Now I have to think about a move or trick … probably Butterfly or flatline but not sure yet. 🙂
-
Veena correct me please if I am wrong but I think your hand placement for the lower hand is wrong. you should go into a split grip where the fingers point downwards (where the thumb is the highest) – its not me in the picture so please don’t post it anywhere else (found it http://www.digi-pole.com/about-jolene/)
-
@grayeyes .. me too .. if I had this body w/49 or w/ right now 34 I’d post pictures everywhere. your friend’s response was absolutely awesome!! no further words necessary .. just unfriend him and be done with such ignorant farts! (hope thats the right word … *LOL*).

My Goals for 2014 are definitely to get more flexible and not overthink everything all the time.
I want to focus on the new levels I signed up for but also to get better with the spins and tricks from the lower levels.
Particular … to get a solid:
Butterfly (and further Flatline/Scorpio transition)
Gemini/Scorpio Transition wo/ hands
Caterpillar (and Caterpillar climb)
Finally manage to get into:
Superman
Jade
And last but not least and most important: conquer the Shouldermount 🙂Goals in general for pole dancing:
More practice at home (Get into a solid pole workout-routine, more freestyle and hopefully choreograph one or two routines to my favorite songs)
Videotaping myself more oftenSo hope I manage … keep your fingers cross 🙂

In my pole studio we have level-classes so only at the end of level 2 we learn the invert crucifix. I am level 3 now with all the inverted tricks which are hard to learn for me. so you are very fast .. really!
Only let go if you feel secure enough .. I once fell of the pole . didn't hurt much but was very disappointed. But this was due to my lack of faith in my arms holding me in a handstand.
My absolute nemessis move is the CKR … can't seem to let go w/ my hands so I totally get what you are talking about. Its just a matter of time until you can let go .. don't worry too much … its all practice and having trust in your grip with your legs. once you feel secure enough just let go with one hand and afterwards with the other.
