I find the best sticky leggings are the Creatures of XIX! They stick well and fit fabulous. They’re lighter and easier to put on than Superfly Honey and don’t have that bulky feel. I have a light blue and a red pair. I don’t recommend getting the Creatures of XIX leopard prints though, I have a red leopard pair that has no grip and I’ve heard from others they have the same issues. But the solid colors from this brand are great.

Hi Veena! I did indeed watch your ayesha videos, still working up the nerve to be able to spin mine at that speed. 😅 I have a ceiling mount so I don’t think the tightness is an issue? I may have to just keep practicing getting over the fear of spinning in an ayesha, thank you for your help!

Maybe start out by learning the first 4 sets of 8. Or learning the first 20-30 seconds of music. Watch that first section over and over, use the slow motion function if you can, maybe write down the moves. Then start doing them along with the video until your mind and body start to remember.
Once you feel familiar with that first part, move on to the next section. Then practice together the first and second sections until those feel comfortable. By doing smaller pieces of the dance it won’t be so overwhelming. Repetition is key!

I believe Elizabeth B Fit (she has a YouTube channel with lots of great tutorials) has a handspring/ayesha/deadlift online course for purchase that covers “the float†or stall you may be referring to.
