I actually got the IUD for the same reason. My periods were awful and the PMS was borderline psychosis! But I have heard too many women say that they still got their cycles after having one inserted so I don’t think it should be the main reason for getting one (considering the expense). But that is just my thought on it. I damn sure love mine tho!
I can’t imagine what the horror story could be with a cup and IUD. The IUD is inside your uterus and the cup is not. I’m morbidly curious tho! haha!

I’ve tried the cups before and I liked them but I’ve had IUDs for about 6 years and don’t get a cycle any more. So, obviously I don’t need the cups anymore (hooray for Mirena!) but I would still recommend them.
Btw, don’t get an IUD just to stop your cycles. It happens for a lot of women but not all.

Let me amend a statement:
Some people do not deposit fat there as easily as others. The rest of us won’t get them no matter how much weight we lose. (I really should not be up this late…haha)

Lower back dimples are visible when fat does not settle into your posterior superior iliac spine. PSIS is basically a landmark on your pelvis. Everyone has two. Some people simply do not deposit fat there as easily as others so no matter how thin they get (unless they are waifish), they won’t have the dimples.
I usually just lurk on here but I remember being taught about that in massage therapy school. Just some random knowledge…

I can’t believe there are two others so close to me! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
I haven’t even begun dancing yet, I’ve just decided to go for it. I’ve toyed with the idea for almost a year now but I never quite got the courage up to just do it. The gym gets so boring though! I’m excited to get started but I have to wait a few more weeks because I am having surgery on Wednesday. As soon as I am cleared to start back to working out, I’m going to start the strength training.
I would love to get together with you ladies one day! I’m so excited to have some like minded women close by!

You are at Moody? I’m not too far from you then! I’m in Tifton! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
I’ve been working up the nerve to get started doing this because, two babies (and one a traumatic, emergency C-section) later, I don’t look like I used to look but I feel more like a woman now than I did before having kids. I want to look and feel sexy!
