This was a fantastic docementary, loved that it showed some of the emotions the girls had after the competition, was so raw and honest! Love love Cleo, can’t wait for her leg work DVD to be released!

Veenas flexibility lessons are what you need, I had no flexibility whatsoever when I started, you do need to add this to your workout routine, and yes it will help you. 🙂

Could be Bruised ribs, be careful and work on the strength building moves first. I bruised my ribs in the early days from incorrect inverting, watch Veenas lesson.:)

I found that i was unable to do aerial inverts until I stepped up strength building for example doing knee to elbow pull-ups , then after a couple weeks work on these ..bam!! aerial Inverts came !

I have the Fly Gym, I think its personal choice in the end.. Fly ym has extra handles which are good for a variety of moves, than just having the swing part. As for the Pole size I have 40mm brushed brass Xpole Its a bitch for grip, really only gets in on humid days however I like the diameter for some moves . My titanium 45mm is still the best overall!!

I have the brushed brass Xpole and its a Bitch!! the only real time i have good stick is on humid days which are few and far between i am really dissapointed in it, i have heard that the polished brass is better but i believe my titanium is still the best all rounder .  i too have tried steam cleaning among a lot of other things!!

I have just got one and all the instructions are on the website! However after 3 goes on it the seam of the main sling has come apart FlyGym are replacing it for me, they have been wonderful about it and say they have not had any issues like this before, you will love if I was in love straight away, it is just a pity that somewhere the manufacturer messed up this one!
