  • Thank u ladies. And thank u author for this discussion. I have been having the same issue. I have been on and off the pole for a year. I get really frustrated and SCARED when my hand slips trying to do inverts. Really Im still doing the 30 day take off program. I have restarted about 5 times. Not complaining. I LOVE IT! It has all the basic moves, and great explanation of form of any videos u will find about pole. It challenges me. And it is helping loads with building strength.
I think my biggest weakness is grip also. Forearm strength and keeping my wrists neutral. DONT GIVE UP!

Welcome back! I also went through a slump last year and the beginning of this year. The polar vortexes kept me DOWN… AND DAMN NEAR DEPRESSED from going back and forth to court with my landlord who would not fix my furnace. Just won my case mid-May SO ITS BACK ON. LOL But really, If u need a buddy to do the 30 day take off program with, Im here. I just started the 30 day ab challenge today

I know Celestial just posted poles and an xstage for sale in the discussion thread 14 days ago. Try messaging her personally to see if they are still available. Hope this helps.

I agree with u Smoore. I have hardwood floors. I love them. When I moved into my apartment I was afraid it might scratch or dent them but it hasn’t. Hasn’t done anything to my ceiling either (except the circle I drew around the dome with my pencil lol). Also the floor isn’t as slippery as I thought it would be. I even waxed it after putting up the pole because my pole was the shiniest thing in the house (45mm chrome xpert) heehee The only time you might sleep is if you’re in socks. You should never dance in socks! Shoes or barefoot and hardwood is so COLD

LoL u can tell we all love our poles by the care we take with them (assembly & storage) not to mention the money we dish on poles and gear.
Lyme thanks for mentioning the xpert ceiling mount. It looks like it goes up as fast as the lil minx. But how big of a hole do u need to put in ur ceiling to install? Saving this idea for a house

Lol Saphyre, I did the same thing. I drew a circle around the dome too. First, I tried marking where the pole would be on the joist with an x. But when you put the dome up, it blocks your view. So, a circle is better! Also, when I first moved into my apartment, I put my pole right up (-: Didnt even notice my hardwood floors had no shine to them, so I waxed them. Now I have a circle on my floor too! My pole goes perfectly vertical every time I put it up.
But do check it with a level. Mine is magnetic. It sticks really well. But I caution you on leaving it on the pole while you adjust the height. I did that when I first bought the pole. The level fell on my head while I was adjusting the pole to the right height. Maybe I was just too excited and spinning it too fast. With all that said just BE CAREFUL & HAVE FUN!

Thank you for this post. I dont know if Olga Trifonova was in the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Sochi. What I do know is that Olga is very talented. The combination of that song and her performance almost brought me to tears (tears of joy that is).

I never heardbof this product. But thanks for bringing it to my attention. I have a 45mm Xpert and large not so strong thighs (new to pole & Insanityâ„¢ is so hard) so I can use the help with leg holds/pole sits.
Anyone who has a Pole Armour, your opinion will be appreciated 🙂
