There's soooo many wonderful professionals here! I think I've been occupied reading about how interesting everyone's job is and what they do. I'm a National Guardsman married to an active duty soldier and a mom of 3 (2+1step). My job is 68J, or medical supply specialist. I count bandaids lol.I've been poling on and off since Feb 2009 and I've been enlisted 5 years.  My goal is to become a pharmacist (PharmD) but I get sidetracked every time we get stationed elsewhere. I would like to become a pole instructor part time and open up a studio one day. Ahhh the dreams! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

haha indeed! I didn't notice that until I read it a second time. I think internet grammar is so bad that I automatically correct minor errors in my head without even noticing it. Of course, this means I make tons of errors myself now lol.

I know of a few blogs! You can follow me (I warn you, I'm a VERY lewd and perverted onehttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif) and I have a couple of pole blogs that I follow. I also follow some fitness blogs that send along great tips and inspirational messages.

Thanks ladies!! These are the answers I was looking for. Since I didn't lose all of my pregnancy weight with my first (yo-yo effect) and I didn't want to gain more during this pregnancy, I was looking for something to satiate my pole craving without landing me in the emergency room. I've tried baby yoga, and a few other things but I quickly lost interest. I'm pretty good about hydrating and taking breaks as needed so I think things will go pretty well. I just needed a bit of direction and I really appreciate your imput ladies! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

I have a 45 a home and the studios I've gone to have had 50mm. I do better when I pole sit on the 50 but gripping the 45 is a clear winner with me. @Cali- I have a TG 45 if you'd like to trade, I kinda would prefer a 50 since it's easier for me to grip with my thighs. We can work out the details later if you do decide that's something you would want to do.

I just have to say that your blog is hilarious and I've bookmarked it! I used to enjoy watching barrel racing as a little girl since I used to horse back ride as a child. I look forward to reading more posts in the future https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I haven’t had mine done, but pre-pregnancy I was a 38D. Now I’m a 40DD and I wish I were smaller again. Bra shopping is hard, shirts fit funny, and one-size fits most clothing doesn’t apply anywhere near me. I would personally go to a D (I’m begging my husband for a reduction as I type this) but if there’s any way for you to practice wearing a dd (fat suit boobs or etc) please try before you buy. My back hurts often and I dread running even though I’m military. I wish you the best and I hope you find what you like!!!!!!!!

Id say go for it! You’re still a young spring chicken! You’re only as old as you feel and one of my favorite dancers from the club I worked at was 49. I’ve called her a liar numerous times (out of fun, not to be mean)but she is indeed leaning toward middle-aged. She doesn’t look a day over 30 and surely doesn’t move like she’s almost 50! I agree with everyone else and it doesn’t matter if you’re 18 or 28. Confidence is what makes you the most attractive and desireable. I wish you well and I can’t wait to hear about your experience!

I’m sorry I don’t have any info about the lil minx, but I will share my xpole experience with you, if you don’t mind. 🙂 I’m not strongest nor the most mechanically inclined woman around (I have issues trying to put together a glider & ottoman set lol) but I found assembling the xpole to be fairly easy. The separate parts help for if you move to a different location w/ taller or shorter ceilings. The smaller, separate pieces also make it easier to disassemble, remove and store it or transport. I’ve been in the same house for almost a year so I have no clue how to take it down when I move soon lol. It was easy up, so it should be easy down. I hope this helps you some! -Xpert 45mm TG
