My understanding is it is really easy to go from a slight injury to severe if you aren't careful. I don't want you to be out any longer than you have to <3

haha I shave mine off when they are really bad. I try not to let them get to that point by using a glass nail file to keep them from splitting and becoming too bad. 🙂

You can always expect to see my dog's butt… Yes she always puts it in front of the camer. My cat makes frequent appearances.. the man also hijacks my practices often.

Luvlee- My man is always xbox gaming while I pole.. I will be in a jam and all the skype partner hears is "&^*( %^$^"!!!!!!!" What is his gamer tag I will hook him up with Bryce lol.

My first spin was on spinny! I was home alone with a new pole and no instructions. I am surprised I didn’t get hurt. Me and the hubby were mad spinnin for 2 weeks before I found SV. My love affair with spin continues, but I appreciate a beautiful static dancer. Veena and Danielle Tille stick out to me. They can dance a static pole and make you think they are on spin. Congrats on starting your journey!
