I am sure you have heard this before, unfortunately it is true: You can't spot train fat loss. To expose the muscles underneath you have to lose fat period. That generally mean… Cardio. I am carrying a couple of extra pounds right now and my abs look nothing like they did 6 months ago. 🙁

I am not a pro but dug up this vid of when I finally got my handspring. To me cartwheel is MUCH easier. Everyone is different though and some find han dspring easier. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/4fbd9079-976c-4f1e-90bc-7f270ac37250

Kyrsten I can't wait to see where you get. I can marlo split… and even leaned back into position, but the back bend part was a no go. I was going at it from stargazer.

I keep saying I am going to start on Fonji and then never do it. Maybe I really will this time.

what I do:
Every so often I have Bryce come take pics of things I like, new tricks, progress, whatever. Then I make a collage style picture on walmart and frame it. It is actually me doing the moves and I started it when I first started so it is a good reminder "hey when WAS the last time I did a plank?". I do mine in 11×14 so I can easily find frames. I have 3 and you can see them in some of my more recent videos hanging in a window frame on my pole room wall. If you would like to see it closer let me know and I will snap a pic.
I have always like the flash card idea but I am too lazy to make them and too cheap to spend the prices I saw for them. Veena's posters look amazing too, but I kinda have my own 😉

I believe she is and I would call it a tornado. 🙂 Have you attempted it? I mean is there a particular part you are having trouble with? It is a fun move!

There are a lot of ladies here with implants I am sure they will have better info. I will say for me though, like RoseMay, the flag invert makes my pit sore but does not bother my breast. Of course mine are rather small lol.

Oh what I wouldn't do for just a bit of their upper body strength….

When I get in this position I work on combos. Stringing together moves I already know or variations of moves I know. I also work more on floorwork, booty, elbow/handstands etc. Making any type of progress keeps me excited and motivated. If I just keep struggling with the same move/s every practice frustration takes over and the is counter-productive. I suggest instead of listing moves you can't do, list the ones you CAN. Then try to come up with ways to use them together. Watch videos and make notes on combos you see that you know the moves to. While you are working on those you will be building strength and will probably see progress on your nemesis moves. Good luck!
