Goodness girl, I have been wondering about you! Sorry to hear you hurt yourself. It sounds like you are heading in the right direction. Rest as much as you need, start slow, use your roller, maybe an anti-inflammatory etc.

I have never been to a studio or had a lesson outside of this site. If there was the option available I am sure I would check one out.. but there is not. Veena's lessons and the wonderful veeners has been my only forn of instruction. Even if I had studio access I would give up my memebership here! If I had the opportunity to take a lesson from Danielle I would be all over it though. Good luck and welcome to SV.

Just this week beat my longest nemesis: sg handspring. YAY!!!! I was like Kyrelle could do all other cartwheels/handsprings but not sg. Drove me nuts!
Current:
-Freaking Marion Amber
-Flag invert
-Handstand press
-Spinning aerial fan kicks. *I get confused and it hurst my boob. Seriously always squish my boob*

@PolePrincesse- You should contact tiggertail. She will make you pole shorts that say whatever you want and she hand paints them!

One thing to keep in mind is skype ccan be used by everyone. FT is only good if both of you have an "I" device. I must say I do like FT though I use it occcasionally with one of my poling buddies. 🙂

Well I was the first to agree and almost missed my mark on my goal to set goals. So.. I will proabably have to add some later.
