Hi and welcome! Have you tried Veena's lessons? I do not have studio access and they are a godsend for me. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Youtube has a lot, but V provides warmup, strength, streches, foam roller, hoop, lapdance…. and POLE lessons that are all amazing. Either way glad you are participating!

I own a crash mat. It is 5 inches thick and I love it. I have fallen (nothing serious thankfully) and do still use emergency exits even though I have had the mat practically from the beginning. For me there is not a lot of options, I am often here alone and there is no studios near me. I would not be half as far as I am without it. Moves that scare me I may wait for the man to be home but some weeks we barely see each other. I have hardwood floors and can't imagine learning some of the advanced moves without it.

@Veena- I would think either go with "classic" poling songs. Or obscure songs. LOL. Either something that most would know and maybe danced to or songs that few if any have danced to. 🙂

We don't need this ugliness. I for one appreciate Webbie moderating this site and keeping it the happy, caring place it is. Furthermore as it is Veena's site she has the right to her opinions and I have often heard her reccomend at least 3 different companies depending on personal preferance.
