A teddy drop is possible Aerial Amy teaches it at her workshops, but I can't do it lol. The teddy to crucifix I can *kinda* do. My pike teddy just isn't quite there to make it look nice. If noone has posted a vid of it I am about to practice and will post one.. fair warning you will have to use a bit of imagination 🙂

These are my least favorite of the line. I too am small chested though and agree that is probably part of it. My fav is the iron x. Followed by princess, bondage, v front and spider. That is the only one I wouldn't buy again…

Exactly to same as Charley. 🙂 I can sg aysha on my other side easily, but not eg or cartwheel. My invert is *almost* the same on both sides and I can sm and aerial sm both sides (left side hurts though). Been meaning to work my other side cartwheel/handspring but it is scary lol. I am actually pretty proud of my bad side work since I have been pretty consistent for 4-5 months now with it. It may not be pretty but I can pull almost all my moves on both sides now 🙂

How long have you been poling/what is your current fitness level? What does your current exercise routine look like? Know what you are doing now may help someone give you suggestions for integrating this program. 🙂

I am going to check my old videos. I have never felt sketchy doing this but brass monkey is a really strong move for me. REGARDLESS I will try to remember to use it in the future because I have seen some scary videos of it!

^^ Great advice from the ladies. I will also add that poles like jeans are best "broke in".  Def steam it or at least a good cleaning, but also know that the more use it gets the better!

In these holds the bottom arm/wrist should be taking very little weight. It is used to hold you away from the pole not up in the air. Concentrate on bringing your top shoulder back and down and taking the weight there. Try holding your bottom hand thumbs up is a tip I have often seen. 🙂
