    HI since you girls are talking about shoes, who can tell me of good shoe shop online which sends internationally?
    I need competition shoes, clear heals and also I am looking for some cute and/or sexy competion dress.
    I am in Iceland and I don´t want to waste time looking and finding what I want and then they announce that they don´t send to Iceland.. can you help..

    I have the same problem just with my hands, I have x pole and I have tried Harpix, Calcium ( like gymnists use ), hairspray actually works best for me.. I have a strong grip and have been training and teaching 3 months but sometimes I just cant hang on for the spins,I was competing the other day and I could not do my tricks on their poles, very frustrating………. what other tips do you girls have?
