I record them off my tablet with my phone because I don’t have internet on my tablet so the only way is to.record on my.tablet then record it on my phn

When I workout I wear yoga n a sports bra or t shirt I just bought a pair of.pleasure heels n.some.wraps.and an outfit haven’t really.had.the.chance to wear the.outfit.yet.due.toy pole.being in.our living room/ kitchen so as of right now my heels.r the only.thing I’ve been.able.to.break in 🙂 which I have.noticed as weird as it sounds they do.help 🙂 I’m def gonna try yalls.tips my husband just bought me a tablet with.a camera so I’m.gonna do the.whole.recording thing.and.see.how is goes I will post so I can have some.more tips 🙂 thanks so much ladies u guys are awesome happy poling ladies!!! 🙂 🙂

I have a brass ps pole.and I absolutely love love love it…I used to exotic dance when. I was 19 and all.I was ever used to.was stainless steel poles and lemme tell ya the moment I.got.my brass ps pole I fell in love instantly !!! Ps poles by far are my favorite easy to go.from.static to spin mode with just a removable pin…and I can take it down n set it up.any where I want never had any issues with it slipping.or falling (knock on wood) lol it’s got Tom’s of rubber grip at the ceiling mount and if I remember I.think.the.bottom.plate.does to….but by far ps poles are my.pole of choice I plan on getting another once my Marilyn Monroe / pole.room is done .. 🙂 🙂

Seems like after I do a warm up routine my hands get sweaty n I’m constantly slipping and wiping my hands it’s so aggravating ….I don’t know anyone else around me.that poles so trying some out isn’t an.option for me I.just have to.order something ..just don’t want to order 50 things before I find the right one ….thanks.for the tips appreciate it!!! I’ll be sure to let ya know how.it works…I’ve also heard of using hair spray ????
