I just found this post. I didn’t know you’d been in such a state over pole. Please know that I love watching your videos and find it inspirational all the different moves you can do. You are far more advanced than I am!

Change your workout however you need to give yourself a break and get the emotional space you need. But don’t lose sight of how great you are at pole and how wonderful it is to have you in this community.

Just FYI, from a woman with Crohn’s disease: visible, red blood in your stool is generally nothing serious – hemorrhoids. It’s hidden (occult) blood that’s more likely to be the problem, which shows up as darker red or tarry stools and may not be noticeable at all.
