o.k. so it’s day 21 of 60!!!! No weight change but my hips lost 2 inches and ankles 1.5 inches! My arms and thighs are a teeny tiny but larger but I feel more muscles there and I expect eventually it will come off. I’m not doing any insane eating stuff but the working out more makes me want to do better. It has effected my poling a little. I have some more core strength , I can pop my legs up a little higher for more, more invert practicing,( although I still am a fraidy cat when for hands free). I can climb more with my legs than before. I am excited to see more change. I actually did Insanity not for weight loss but to be able to do better and more pole stuff but for now with the difficult workout it actually pulls me away but I have added an extra day of studio play with friends.

I’ve never been able to do the splits and was never flexable ( had short " heel cords") physical therapy and all as a youngster for walking on my toes. I’m thankful for the 6 week split thing. Best flexability of my life so far. Not there but am working hard.

were opposit! I’m on day 4 of insanity and plan to do p90x after. Also- I’m into the shakeology thing ( it mentions a patent pending blood sugar control something or other) However the chocolate won’t be a fav and it also gave me smelly gas but I guess that Is what eating a lot of veggies would do and sure the green berry will too. I think you can get a free sample somewhere. I wish I did for the chocolate first!

I started weekly classes since before Halloween and I would say- for me and I’m at a slow pace for everything. I am now able to edure a lot more for me than when I started. I would say that I have found that time when it is now a little easier.

I did my fit test wed, was sore thurs and fri. Thurs night had basic pole classs, and today I worked out without the program. I am nervous abouut how the or my body can handle workout crazy especially high impact while already sore—I’m thinking I gotta work into insanity and do chalean extreme first. I’m super excited to see the changes in pole practice!

that looks like it but the price seems way better than it used to be, seriously like 100.00! It also seems like it is fairly long too. I think it would be fun!

pole class today, I’m sore and want to do my class so I didn’t do insanity, gonna do it tomorrow, I was thinking about the recovery shake all night but gotta take it after a heavy work out, I wonder if my pole class counts so I can have it tonight….also I should check it out to see if there is anything in there that will keep me awake late.

I finally did the fit test today and did about 1/2 the amount of the people on the show in most things but when it got down to the last ones I was lower. I kept slipping out of my tennis shoes- gotta tighten my laces and make sure the beagle is outside!
I had the p90x recovery shake and it was yummy. Interested in Shakeology for a few months but gotta wait.
I’m gonna keep doing insanity until chalean extreme comes in the mail- unless I am doing better than I thought I would.
I love my new work out clothes- I can’t wear the running nike cute style bi color shorts but the " princess" cut shorts that are a little longer are better for now. I bought a shirt that I thought said Your worst is my best, but instead it actually says MY worst is your best! LOL maybe motivational. -
I have been intimidated! I have not started and keep pushing it off, what i really want is to do Chaleane extreme first! It is more what I ‘ve been used to but more and in a program. I already have insanity and hadn’t heard about chalean at the time. I would then want to do p90x and insanity in either order- but chalean first! I’m gonnna order it and go ahead and start insanity and hope I don’t get injured! Im just gonna take it carefully!
