I would love to hear about the stretching one. I wonder how beneficial it is for splits. Also is Leigh Ann in any of these? I saw a lot of one of the 3 from the first on these new covers.

There are some tutorials on You Tube , and I have only tried # 209 I think from Ardell ( targer) since my sister used them and they appear to be pretty natural looking than others. Not too expensive and a good place too start!

This is something I get and am hooked on 5 hr energy shots. In theory if you can stay up during the day regularly without other issues you could possibly sleep through the night after a few days of this. If an energy shot is too strong you can half it. ( the dollar store is cheapest). A protien snack isn’t always enough. 1) are you enemic, hypothyroid issues, working out too close to bedtime???
The lack of sleep at night could be anxiety or stress, going through a weight loss time. I’ve had several intervals of those and usually it passes. I also would forget to think about a peice of bread before bed ( I was hungry some of the time).

Also if I really need to sleep I take half a 25 mg Benadryl tablet an hour before bed so I am tired and it generally lasts 5 hrs. If you take more it can last longer and make you groggy if you are not careful with expirimenting. Theres also Meletonin.

Hope you feel more energized and sleep when you need it!

Also a Kandee Johnson tip for eyeliner staying power is to follow up the liquid liner or pencil liner with a matching powder and eye liner brush to help it stay put and last longer!

I’ve also had to work against the head part for inverting, now I’ve got to work myself into the theigh pain involved in holding the invert once up before sliding down and hands free. It hurts just like the pole sit did at first when I couldn’t imagine it not hurting. Any advice. My instructor must be ready to kill me! LOL

I TOTALLY agree on spinny pole lessons! There isn’t a studio close by with them and I’ve got one at home! GREAT idea!

I wish I could try out other kinds of poles. Chrome is all I’ve ever experienced. Maybe it would be totally better to experience brass / tg

I have not lost any weight poling alone. I currently have lost inches by doing cardio and weight lifting too. I dislike running but spinning ( indoor cycling) is awesome! I sweat and feel like I could die every class BUT I don’t and I love it. It is also addicting. My legs got more toned and smaller so I’ve been told. I notice a little. The thing about spinning is that you’d never push yourself as hard as a class with an instructer and peers. You can keep a different pace or lower gear but the motivation is such you really try hard to get better. Plus no one leaves you behind! LOL !

I’ve been working on triceps and biceps a lot, core stuff, flexability. I was wondering with Cardio Barre. Do you use a chair or did you use the bar or a class???
