Thanks chem! I cant wait to get mine in the mail im hoping it will really help with my grip in the long run. im having trouble learning moves like lunchbox w all my weight on my hands i just cant hold myself up. my boyfriend saw a picture and was like "that looks like a toy" and he laughed at me! Well crap. I just ordered an NSD Powerball and i hope i ordered the right one!! I got the Neon Pro in pretty blue! it looked like they were all the same until you got to the metal one which was super pricey. OOooh that powerball looks like the bomb! and with pretty lights too! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_colors.gif (im attracted to lights and of course shiny objects… hence the pole) ive been looking around for a way to build grip strength and i think this is just what im looking for! i like how they say it targets muscles all the way to your shoulders. Any one else have experience w these?

Well I suppose that just business for you. Youd think they would make a good profit if they offered a package deal to transform your pole from 45 to 50 or vise versa. But I guess they just make more money if youre only option is to buy both poles. I wonder if there are any other sites that might sell the pieces separately?

Great idea! I am a beginner and this will be quite a challenge for me! I must say this stuff is a LOT harder than it looks! During class we do one move at a time w a break in between, but doing stuff over and over and a couple things in a row is HARD! Last night i discovered a pole climb is not that easy!
