Then if you dont have a lot of room to move around, you still get a bit of a sweat going just from tendus and light stretching. I’ve been in theatres where the backstage area is super cold, so I always bring a lot of clothes just in case : )

I had a huge problem with seaty hands and after trying everything else I ended up with dry sol. It’s a little extreme but it seriously works!

Wrist wrapping usually means you are holding on too tight. Think about pushing the heel of your hand forward whenever you are doing spins on the static pole and loosen your grip just a bit. Hope it helps! : )
