Thanks @dustbunny! *waves back*
So just an update – I did sell my SS pole and got an x pole – it has made a big difference. Yeah, I still crush the grip aids and wipe it down like its my J O B but I can do a few spins now in between in stead of just one or not any at all.

Welcome back! It is nice to meet you 🙂 I am new to the site, but not new to mental health related things. Have you ever heard of mindfulness? I invite you to research more on this practice and ADHD as you are constantly pulling yourself back to the present moment – living with eyes open, and fully experiencing reality as it is (yes, that means even if the moment is an unpleasant one!) The main points in mindfulness are to do it without judgment (no more beating yourself up or comparing to your past stuff, cause that just causes more emotional suffering), one mindfully (the opposite of multi tasking) and effectively (doing just what is needed for the situation).
I look forward to your posts 🙂

Awesome job and I found a new song I love! You had great flow and I liked the transitions you used!! Did you choreograph that yourself? Awesome! Don’t forget to point those toes hard! Keep it up!

Ahh gotcha. Well that was super helpful! Thank you 🙂
I use a combo of “Liquid Grip” and “dry hands” on the stainless steel pole (so slippery even when warmed up lol) I have the itac 4 and tite grip coming in the mail because I was getting so frustrated!
Do you have any recommendations for antiperspirant grip aid? I use dehydral on my hands (OTC ointment) nightly.

Thank you for the welcome and also your feedback about your brass pole! What are your thoughts about powder coated? I see this website has them on sale but I also want a pole that will last and also deals with my sweaty faucets for hands lol

I’m from Nova Scotia, Canada 🙂 I drive 12 hours to Laconia, NH every year for the bike week rally so not too far!
