    I am a newbie too. I have been poling for almost one month. It is a slow process building strength, but once we get there we will be AWESOME! Studio Veena has been the best place to be. The Veeners here are overly supportive even when you are having a bad day.

    I bought a 45mm – Chrome to start with. I don’t plan on competing, so I should be fine. I love my pole because it fits my hands just right. 🙂
