This information is great!! I just started aerial classes a month ago, and I love it!! I’m moving away from Atlanta in august for a nursing program so I want to learn as much as possible from my aerial instructor this summer. This way I can play on my pole or the silks to relief stress that I know the program will put me thru!!! I’m hoping my dad won’t have a problem setting up my silks rig :/

I danced my best improv to "slow" by jamie foxx I was just really into that song when my teacher played it. i thought to myself hmmmmmm maybe slower pole dancing should be my new thing https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif . I keep a small journal with moves I want to try and tips on achieving them. I never tried printing the pictures that is such a good idea, but i’ll need to buy a bigger journal. I’ve been just drawing stick figures beside different pole moves so I can remember https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif LOl it looks so bad if anybody ever saw it they laugh so hard at me. Okay I personally think having the pole jam at the studio would be better just because there would be more space and we wouldn’t be limited to one pole for 4 people…we could all dance together https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif . Instructors would be available at the pole jam for instruction that teach classes everyday would be great for extra questions for pole moves you may need extra help with https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif !!
