I’ve had the same implants for over 10 years. They’re saline and under the muscle. I went from a B to a full C. I think when it comes to worrying about whether they’re going to rupture, it all comes down to how good your surgeon is and how big you go. However, going over the muscle would be very concerning to me. Not only is the implant more exposed to potential damage, but I can guarantee that regardless of what type of implant you get, “rippling” is much more likely to happen and it will be more visible to the naked eye. My implants have held up beautifully, considering how old they are, but it happens to all implants over time. My opinion is that if you walk outta the office w/ concerns that they might rupture during any kind of physical activity you enjoy, they’re either too big or they did a poor job. My advice is go smaller than you think, they’ll only get bigger over time and you won’t regret that you have a natural look rather than frankenstein boobs.

Thank you for your informative feedback. I recently purchased a pair of foot undeeze after Veena confirmed what they were in one of her videos. I’m very excited, especially since the textured surface of XPole stages are quite rough on the feet after a while. As for the leg warmers and based on the responses, I don’t think I will be investing in anytime soon. Doesn’t seem necessary nor especially practical at this point. Thanks all!
