    Yeah I found that out the hard way… my lower back HURT for like 3 days after a stretch session one day. I either pushed too hard or had bad form or something.,

    Torrent wise, I have prolly about 100 gigs of exercise vids (al kinds, stretch, bellydance, p90, slim in 6, etc)

    Im a virtual hoarder i guess.

    If anyone would like to borrow something, let me know, and ill see if i have i or ill get around t posting a list of titles.

    I didnt know there was a book…the video is pretty intense for me…im not….stretchy, lol.

     

    I found the video as a torrent, if you know how to do that.

    Mine has this sick sense of apathy about him towards it, like he could care less. But then he will turn around and get weird about it, like, worried about "why" Im learning it, "why" I dress this way…(same way for th past decade)

    But, our relationship isnt healthy anyways, so…

    You guys are amazing!

    Ive decided on getting the Xpole Xpert, because it might be fun for the spin feature and it seems that most people have good things to say about it.

    Im looking forward to getting to know everyone, and to record my progress here as well.

    My brother in law has a bowflex and lives 3 houses down from me, so I am going to go and use it a couple times a week for upper body strength as well as everywhere else. May have to get a foam roller too, sounds amazing!!

    About 4 or 5 years ago, I worked as a dancer in a topless bar for the fun of it. I guess I wanted a life experience…they didnt have pole fitness in my town then…I hadnt even heard of it, much less having your own pole lol.

    I was about 225 when I started that, and working 8 hours a day, in 3 to 5 minute intervals every 15 minutes really shapes you up fast lol.

    I love tribal fusion and gothic bellydance, even thought I was neer really good at it, I learned what I know from videos.

    Started a new diet yesterday so Im all headachy and blahhhhh today. Ick. I hate this part.
