haha!! I could see a bunch of girls, spinning on the pole, in red suits with pillows stuffed in their shirts for this one!!

Bad luck! Two diff sets of stitches from diff things?! Hope you feel better soon and get ur strength back quick. Def take the time you need to heal… it’d be terrible to open those stitches up and then have to wait longer to pole!

You are NOT the only one who can’t superman… I can’t either. I sprained my ankle, a few months ago, and was on crutches for 3 weeks and in an aircast for another 2 weeks.. so I’ve been scared ever since. Oh I’ve tried but…. not so much success – lol.

Get better! =]

Hello all! I started taking classes in April but unfortunately out-grew my instruction within about 3 months and now I am learning from home via you-tube and now this site. I miss having someone to dance with so this site is a God-send. There are a few people I recognize here from youtube and am so glad that my youtube pole-family is also here! Forgive me if I don’t respond right away as I am learning how to use the site. I would love any tips or tricks and am very open to advice and opinions. =] Happy poling!
