I have the mechanics down. I even tried it with more momentum coming from a peeler spin … I guess I just need to practice practice practice

Hey y’all for some reason after tons of practice and watching videos and asking my instructor for help, i STILL cannot manage to connect my leg to do the back hook. I always end p gripping the pole and looking a hot mess… Any tips would be appreciated

Wow way to go on the weight loss!! I actually just purchased my first pair of shoes from my studio. 🙂 so excited to get them. I was thinking x pole too , but I have popcorn ceilings so inhale to make sure that’s ok
