Thanks vena 😊 I would like to do the 30 day flexi programme but was worried that I’d be taking a step backwards on the pole side because I don’t have enough time to do both..do you think it would be okay to do pole on the rest days in the flexibility plan or does rest mean rest?

Thanks Alyson, that’s really useful…I can see in your pic that it’s more back of thigh than knee, which is kinda the same positioning as mine but I just need to work on the push/pull to stop me sliding down the pole! :))

Thanks Jen 🙂 I’ll definitely try and do the side climbs more often as I do tend to move passed these to get on to the ‘tricks’ 😉 perhaps I just need to be a bit more patient and go back to basics, it just seems to me that my knee doesn’t bend in the direction I need it too to get a grip if that makes any sense!
