There’s an option to add In specific stretches! I haven’t looked in detail but I just put in a seated hamstring stretch for a minute-I got 6 points! That’s in contrast to 8 points for just stretching, which doesn’t take the time into Account! Might be able to get some of the points we deserve

Im considering getting Aletheas DVD's – Im so so unflexible….or is it inflexible??
Either way…its something i really need to work on…I have hurt my back (not seriously) so instead of poling for a few weeks Im going to concentrate on stretching….
Ill see what you guys think and how you get on with them!

Sorry hit save by accident….
So after about 6 sessions with the physio my back feels great again-I have to go to the gym 3 times a week and do exercises to strengthen up my back which I don’t mind doing.
I hope you get some relief soon, there’s nothing as bad as back pain Grrrrr…..best of luck!

I hurt my back poling about a month or so ago….same story as you, didn’t hurt doing normal things but I just knew something wasn’t right with it and I would get pangs of pain doing random things (like standing on one foot!!)
Anyway, I went to a physiotherapist, he said that the joint where my rib joined my spine had locked up. He ‘mobilised it’ which basically was really hard and tough massage! He told me it was a pretty common injury…..for rugby players ha ha ha….
