Thank you so much!!!
I"m on a mission now. 🙂 I'll let you know what I find!

Thanks, ChromeFire. I will! I was thinking the same thing. Was still hoping someone might have some specific info to save time. 🙂

Thanks Firebird! I was wondering too. Now I"m looking forward to using it.

Sounds like it could be sciatica. I also pinched something a couple weeks ao and some back twists focussing on my hips helped.
I've had sciatica twice and it really isn't so bad once you start treament. I know it's awful and scary when it happens! Three accupuncture visits and I was perfect (both times).

Thanks so much Tech Team. Ill do that!

Thanks for the thoughts. I swear I have done both but…I shall try one more time and let you know!

Thank you Olivia. I guess I wasn't clear. I was doing that, and it still spread apart.

Does anyone need a burning man ticket, by the way? I have one i can sell…it's $260, the cheapest price they go for!

Oh…and by the way…Amber Richards is 5'10". 🙂

Hey there. I"m 5'10" and, yes, it takes longer to build the strength to do lifts smoothly. Long levers are heavy! I also have a very short back so I"m definitely at a serious disadvantage for strength moves. That said, I worked very very hard and got my iron-x. If I can do that, then you can dance!

Yes! I want to join the leagues and say thank you so much for sharing that.
What I like so much about it is how he documents and shares the teeth gritting challenging moments. These are so often forgotten. We are so accostumed to seeing this amazing result (especially with dance and pole) rather than the crazy journey to get there.
Beautiful!

I"m so glad you asked that question. I have inner knee tendon pain when I stretch for splits as well. I"m going to try to ballerina's advice!

I was going to say almost exactly what daniandmoredani said. I healed my nipple piercing that way, and I didn't even have crusties (sorry to the squeamish). Perfect heal. I used sea salt though, instead of epsom, and I would warm it to as much as I could handle, put it in the shot glass and watch tv (or whatever) for 20 minutes. I did it twice a day for at least two weeks.

Clearly this is a sign that I have to pay more attention!
