Gah! I feel your pain!!! Ever since it’s gotten colder, I can’t work on any of my moves! (Even my pole sit is hard to do when my hands keep flying off the pole ><) I can’t wait for Spring, especially since my lazy boyfriend made me put my pole RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW (which he LOVES open) so it’s even harder to warm it up :/

I just remembered they give you that black foam thingy to cover it. That’s cool but still curious about flipping the pole anyway.

Ohhhh hehe :] Thanks for the info, I’m absolutely in love with poling. My boyfriend didn’t feel like helping me move the room around a bit today so I’m in the corner with the desk… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_neutral.gif I slipped into a backhook spin?? And nearly bonked my noggin on a wooden desk https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif We’re rearranging tomorrow so for now I’m just pole sitting and slinking and such hehe ^^. Thanks for your replies! They really helped me a lot while deciding through this. After hours of sitting around, pondering… I thought about going to the local hardware store and asking them if they had some regular poles in the sizes of 45mm and 50mm LOL I might try it anyway, just to make sure.
The 45mm sounds great for my hands… but I really can’t see my legs gripping onto a 45mm :/ I think my hands will do just fine on a 50mm and it may be better for me in the long run to use the standard size. I should be able to order it for myself sometime around Christmas (for sure this time……………. I hope……….. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif )

I’m going back to David’s in November and I will be there until New Year’s so I’ll be doing my best to get a job for myself again https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif Hopefully I’ll have more luck this time, David just got called in for an interview after being jobless for nearly a year! I’m so excited!
