    X-Sport here as well, and mine can also be crickety. It sounds like it's coming from the pole, or the ceiling itself. My joints are also stuck, but I find when I untighten and retighten from the ceiling.. it is silent for a good time before it starts again :]

    There are literally only 2 pole studios within 25minutes of me, and they're both really small and use I think poles they made themselves, I will ask about any students but I have this feeling that most of the people in this area that pole, don't have their own poles :/

    A good tip people give out for spinning/spin mode is to yes, look at your pole. It gives you a seemingly non-moving object to stare at, this also includes body parts (arms, legs, etc.) I've tried these, they don't stop me from being dizzy, but they really do help me 🙂 What also helps is when you leave your pole after a spin, stop and look at your pole.. it will help ease the dizzyness :] Happy ploling!

    I once had a dream that I was practicing a CAR from the floor, and for some reason.. when I got my legs locked.. I was SOOOOOO frightened! Even though I was on the floor! Omigosh LOL

    My thighs dont meet when my legs are side by side, but I'm switching to a 45mm for my smaller hands. Will I get used to it? I don't want to end up with a pole I can't grip D:
