Not to be like.. I dunno, I guess flying off the handle or.. something, but I do agree with sensualscimitar.. you're 26. You're love life is none of their business :/ While I can see the point of, their house, their rules (speaking of your pole) but maybe if you showed them some of these videos by Tara Karina, 0blivious (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ini-qLYsLYA) which is a very artsy pole video. My mom showed her obvious worry of me becoming a stripper, to which I assured her.. no.

My pole was in the corner of our bedroom first (In 2 of my videos), it was then moved to more the side/middle of the room (also in vids) but I am now in the dining area. I have no videos of it yet but I have sooooo much more space than I began with! If you want to see how small my spaces were, just hit my vids 😛

Yeah, the 50 is fine… but I know I would be sooo much stronger on a 45! I think I may stick with chrome then when I become more advanced, I will go for a TG :] Thanks for your response, it's nice to hear your examples so that really helps with my decision<3

I haven't necessarily ripped on my chrome, but the times where its at its stickiest.. a pole sit can be too much from the pulling :[ Maybe that is a sign though… lol >.<

While I have not personally advanced into the CAR yet (though I work on it while I can! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif) Maybe if you lean yourself back, I suppose as if going into a CKR.. but then walk your hands down the pole slowly? Making sure to keep those feets away from the pole :] You'll figure out a way <3

In 2008, I was with my ex in Arizona. I jokingly spoke of buying a stripper pole and dancing for (some special occasion.. I dunno lol) and youtube'd "pole dancing" as a joke. The first thing I saw was a picture of a girl named Tara Karina, the Vertical Ballerina. I was instantly intrigued, clicked… and I was completely AMAZED. I knew I wanted to really do this. She had links for StudioVeena in her descriptions… and here I am 😀 Got my pole Dec. 2010.

My 50mm does the same thing. Usually when I take it down and set it back up, it stops for a while but right now.. it's back to it. No idea 🙁

..Really? :O That'd be great cause I'm selling my current X-Sport to a friend and buying myself an X-Pert. It'd be awesome if it came with a new smaller base.. +.+ *daydream*
