ANother great snack recipe with clean foods and protein (it does involve some cooking)

    SPinach and cottage cheese dip

microwave spinach and then add cottage cheese and microwave again stir.

Add garlic powder and red pepper flakes eat with almond crisps. enjoy! It's the only way I could eat cottage cheese at first and get some protein & veggies in for a snack!

LAdies, there is a new Protein for pole dancers out now called Poletein. It's all natural, lactose free and is formulated especially for the pole athlete in mind. It is a wonderful addition to healthy eating to protect your body and help build the muscle you are using while pole dancing. Our studio has a group of women on a weight loss challenge and are also using the poletein. It has made great improvements to our performance and goal of becoming leaner and stronger. It also donates some of it's proceeds to a wonderful charity  called VIxens agains violence. Please read more at http://www.polesoul.com  You will see more of it at USPDF and Convention this year.

And on the time piece, 4 months is still pretty new, relax you've got plenty of time coming. Enjoy him while he is still little and can't hog the pole like my boys do now 🙂

DOn't get discouraged! I felt the same way, I went to convention last year 4 months after baby and just stood and watched everyone wanting to cry. Just go back to the fun and movement of pole and the strength will come back over time. It really makes you focus on your sexy and fluidity, then when you invert again you''ll have it all 🙂 COngrats on the baby !

I’m so glad to hear these comments I’m furious, I ordered a dvd in december before x-mas and still have not gotten my. I only got one e-mail back from her in February and since then no replies or calls back. I had initially thought about training with her but now I will not. I’m guessinf I’ll never get her DVD either

I just got mine last week. It’s awesome for events and shows but very heavy,(bottom metal piece) I still feel scared to move on it because the feeling is a little different since it is free standing. I don’t think it’s a good idea if you are constantly moving it. In addition the stage pieces are very large and there are a lot of metal legs for underneath the stage. I’m trying to figure out how and where to store it and how to carry it in to events. If your going to leave it up then sure, but then you would be better off with the X pole. It sounds like you need something that can be moved. Hope that helps. I think it looks alot easier online.
