Thanks for telling me about that with Tite Grip; I wasn’t aware there was such a long dry down time! With Carpe I just rub it on my hands, and even though it’s a lotion-y consistency, I think it’s the menthol that dries it quickly so I’m ready to go in a couple minutes tops.

The antiperspirant quality lasted well past my pole workout too, and as someone with sweaty hands naturally, I have no complaints about that! Would definitely recommend to any pole dancers with sweaty hands!
Veena – I might have to check out tite grip sometime too!

Veena – I’ll check out some videos! I have some resistance bands; no ball though, but I may be able to pick one up there.
Runemist34 – Yes I definitely want to do Yoga! The city I’m going to is sooooo tiny though that I’m not even sure if there’s gyms readily accessible, and classes would be difficult due to the language barrier (I’m know some of the language, but not nearly enough to be fluent yet). I might just buy a matt and do some pilates exercise videos from online.
Cantetinza17 – I’ll definitely look into fitness DVDs!
