I use packing tape on the bottom of my shoes. Lol

I bought two folding had carts for my stage. It helps alot with the heavy panels. If need to go up very many steps i would get a hand a cart for each set of panels and 1 for base. Also took a sharpie and marked on base where legs go. So its real easy to get them in right place for panels.

This may not help but for me my flexibility was it a stand still until I started doing exercises to loosen up my lower back and doing Veena exercise called The Clam Shell. It has strenghted my deep hip muscles and loosed them up.

Since I can’t go to a class and don’t have good Internet I have the dvd’S from Fit and Bendy. I have really done well with them.

I am not sure but it looks like the same style as my old Platinum Stages pole. It got stuck once and I read on here (and it sounds crazy) but try tightening it to ceiling just a little more. That takes the pressure off the nuts and the may loosen then. Hope u can get it down.

Call x pole and ask them. I had a problem with my not staying in static mode. They were very nice and helped me. The solution was simple for my problem.
