I had the Mirena for a little over 3 years and it was the worst thing ever. I got it right after my son was born and was ok with it for the first two years till I met my fiancé. Then I started getting constant uti’s as soon as one would clear up another one would start, then I was told I was at high risk for cervical cancer, which does not run in my family. After 2 surgeries during which they accidentally cut the strings off my Mirena hemmoraged really bad and bleed constantly for almost 3 weeks. The doctor told me I needed surgery to remove the Mirena and scrape my uterus and I would probably never have kids again. I switched doctors and had the Mirena taken out almost a 2-3 months ago, haven’t had a uti since and all traces of the pre cervical cancer have gone away. I have felt better since getting it out than I have in almost 4 years.

I just got some stuff from melodia and it is awesome. Got the holster bra which is really flattering on me since I’m tiny but chesty (32dd) and the shar pei booty shorts which have amazing coverage but very flattering. I can’t wait to get more from them.

Sensual Fitness Classes REALLY needs those new Platinum Stages Poles!! We just moved and we are the 1st pole studio to open in a super regional mall; the Montgomery Mall owned by Simon properties one of the largest mall developers in the country! When we moved we grew from a 8' ceiling to a 16' ceiling so our old Platinum Stages Poles don't fit in our new location. Right now we are teaching on my personal Star Stand Alone because it is hard to be a pole studio without POLES!!!! Check out all of the reasons why we should win and why we LOVE Platinum Stages on Facebook!

@sexygyrl All of the poles are $300 each.
@Cocoa0 I can't ship do to costs of shipping
@phoenix kazree I am 5hrs from Mars pa, the poles are the standard height i think they go up to 9' although I have a few extensions for the poles that would go up to 12'. The extensions would be extra and I'm not sure if I have one for all of the poles
