    Hi welcome Newbie, congrats and enjoy!!

    Hey veena speaking of planning workouts!! thats just what i was saying today, a plan and structure is soo important more important than i realised!!  I came to this point where by i hadnt a clue what to do with myself!. So now i knw exactly what exercises to do but us need to plan it all out in a way thats going to work!! Any suggestions welcome.x.x.x.

    Ive bought a pole finaly got it up, but ive only poled three four times for the first time in my life! Im a mommy of a few to say the least i have no fitness or dance background but iv made a start!     Hi Veena! Very sorry to hear of whats going on. The dull ache you described sounds familiar, i too have a high pain threshold, but dull aches i feel the same way you do and as a mother there are times ive not been able to carry my lil one. Yes it is very challenging and can really pull you down mentally. I can understand what you mean by this, even when you try your hardest not to let it!

    Honestly Veena you sound like your coping very well and generally have grt life skills, I think you are being very strong and i dont believe it will be long before you are looking back at all of this! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif No doubt this is a heavy trial, not in just one way, but in every way. I hope you have some kind of family support or friends, if so i can only say what ive been told in a situation like this ‘ use the help well!’

    I can imagine how frustrating it is not to be able to get any answers!!Makes me mad too! Is it not possible to keep on going back to the doctors to pressure them stressing the level of pain, and that your son is suffering………..to eventually get a referral to a specialist? Sounds like you need to see a specialist, not a gp!! they haven’t a clue half the time!! Veena try not to be upset or stressed about poling, mayb try concentrate on the most valuable thing here, and thts you!     So rather than putting it off ill get back to my dead lifts/squats! The more muscle the less loose skin and fat to take the raps! hmm. And yes relying on muscle tension seems a must, it seems that is what balances out the bruning…… rite! and yes forgetting not noticing not minding the pain especially when enjoying ones self seems so logical! Thanx for overturning some rocks for me to look under, grt just what i needed!:D

    Hi, to whom this may reach! urr speaking of holding with legs etc………………i have one question! How did everyone overcome the pain/burning or feeling like your skin will tear while poling!? I tried my very first move last nite and yh ouch!! my thighssssss, now i avoid contact coz i knw itll hurt! What should i do!?
