LOVE the Flip. the only problem with it is it doesn’t have a wide angle lens, so I set it on the night stand abt 10 ft away. you could use a tripod it you have one, but it’s not necessary.

I’ve purchased from exoticdancepoles – got a black crash mat – it’s $150 and it really is great – it’s not 5 inches, which I like bc I can still walk comfortably – but is very nice cushion – from personal experience :-p

Veena’s lessons are an amazing value!! She is a wonderful instructor and breaks down the moves step by step. I’ve been using her lessons for about 7 months and I love them!!!!
