    My pole teacher also likes tite grip. She tried a few things and for her that one was the best for sweaty hands.

    Hi Courtney,

    You sound exactly like me in the beginning. On my first lesson I couldn't get my feet off of the ground trying to do a fireman spin or anything for that matter. So keep trying because it is definitely possible. Now I am doing aerial inverts which I couldn't have imagined on that first day. I think it was good to have such a hard beginning because now there is no move I don't think I can learn even the ones that are a struggle I know I'll get if I keep working on it (and that's how it always turns out).  Keep trying and I guarantee you'll get it 🙂

    It depends different clubs have different ladies. I've seen ladies do really impressive acrobats at strip clubs. I'm amazed at how they learned that  without the instructors and youtube vids and home poles we have now.
