    mmm the illusive splits 🙂

I've never been able to do them and am now on my second week out of the splits in 6 program 🙂 I think it can be done!!

I'm posting progress in my photo section. The stretches seem to be working well!

    YOu can do it!

Oh oh oh, quick tip if you're detoxing to clear up your skin! Squeeze half of a lemon worth of lemon juice into a mug, add boiling water and drink (once it's cooled a bit obviously).  Drink this everyday, first thing when you wake up in the morning.

Good for the liver, cleans up the skin as lemon acts as a toner. Also, stimulates the bowels and keeps you regular 😉

Cheap and painless…unless you burn your tongue 🙁

    Hiya ladies 🙂

I can't say that i've done a "cleanse" per say, but I am doing a stripped down plan at the moment to tone up and build some muscle so that I have an easier time with pole tricks (as well as fit into my bikinis in the summer) 😉

Cutting out dairy, sugar and breads has helped IMMENSELY!  I've quite literally never had abs before.. in the history of EVER! and they're starting to peek out so i'm stoked!

I'm posting a 100 days of "fit" album right now.

Focus on eating healthy lean proteins, whole veggies and whole fruit. Nix those sugary juices, heavy breads, pastas and milk and you won't need a cleanse 😉

Cleanses tend to knock everything out of your body, both the bad stuff and the good stuff. Be careful! 🙂

Eek, that's kind of a bummer to pay for your time and not get it :/ The studio I go to have a strict 1 to 1 pole/girl ratio, but that being said, not all studios are quite as large are these.

    That's a toughy

As a pole dancer, that would most likely be traveling to attend as an audience member, I would have absolutely no problem paying to see a showcase.

Not only will this help the promoters/ showcase managers / owners recoop their investment, but it shows support to our fellow pole dancers and their talent as well as the art / sport itself.

We live in a time where we DO pay for entertainment. We pay to see a movie.. we pay to see a circus…we pay to see hockey games.. etc etc etc.

Why wouldn't we be supportive of a production that featured something we all know and love so much?

    🙂

I'm excited just to go 🙂 Not taking any of the workshops, just kind of want to spectate and of course have a bit of vacation time 🙂 maybe purchase some pole gear and grip goo.

Stoked to meet all of the wonderful Veeners!

I'm not sure if anyone else is staying for a few days after the convention, but we're going to rent some bikes and hit the beach and shops, if anyone else would like to join in, lemme know 🙂

    Just a few more weeks!!!!

    Wow! That's pretty awful!

Some people have absolutely NO concept of customer service.

If you're able to cancel your order, go for it!

It's a shame that studio is so sketchy!
