it doesn't matter what shape or size those lovely thighs are, they BURN like a biatch!

Good news is, IT STOPS!! Give yourself time to get aquainted with the pole sits and thigh squeeze moves. I guarantee if you keep it up, one day you'll do a pole sit beautifully with little or no pain at all 🙂

Brass is goldish in colour 😉 much much different than chrome (silver in colour).

It might be tough to get your grip sorted out initially, but learning the same moves on both types of poles will be really good for you in the end!

Mighty Grip worked great for me on my chrome pole! but that being said, everyone is different. Might be worth a try 😉

I'd be interested! 🙂 I know Montreal isn't exactly a short drive from Toronto, but my BF and I have been talking about heading up there for a weekend 🙂
