Thanks everyone. I feel like I take so much stuff already that I still get surprised when I get these drops. I take a prescription medication that has copper, zinc and folic acid (it's for my rosacea). I take a compounded vitamin that contains B6 and B12 plus other good stuff. I take Vitamin D3, but probably not often enough. Sunshine Diva, thanks for the info about periods, but I only have about 4 periods a year…I plan on still looking for that Vitanica and will also check out the Carnation… So much good advise here…Thank You Veeners!

Thanks for the suggestion, Runemist. I am an avid drinker of Slim Fast. Mainly because I have zero appetite for the first 3 hours I am up for the day. It's the only thing I can tolerate besides my coffee!! I'm not sure if that is similar to Carnation Instant Breakfast, so I'll chek it out. I don't always have it every day. Sometimes I don't eat until after noon, which doesn't help things.

Can you try it while still hanging on with one arm first to get the feel for the spin mode? Also, not sure if you are going into a full-on straddle or just bending one leg, but that would be my next suggestion. You could even try it in just a tuck position first so your thighs can touch the pole and help with grip?

Try it from a side climb. First on static. I find that being "up" and then letting myself "down" into the arm position helps me hang on better. Be warned, though. It may hurt more than it does from the floor! If you can't do a side climb, then do a regular climb and swing your legs in front of the pole as if you are going to do a Figurehead, but do a Teddy instead. Or, you could always do the figurehead first then the Teddy for a combo…

This is a continuing issue for me. Stupid forearms and wrists! Why can't they just cooperate? I am working on strengthening everything from shoulder to hand. Pain in the !@#$% buttox…
