Lyme Lyte, I am 42, soon to be 43 and I've never had a split in my life. At the beginning of this year, I believe I was about 8-10 inches from the floor, but I'm no more than 3 inches now. And to all us lovely polers out there that have pink pole power pics, we can feel better than the new people getting their poles pinked…100% of my first 2 pics went to breast cancer, and 50% of my third pic. The battle of the Pole happened in Montreal in July. Phoenix did compete. From what I understand, this year was the first year they tried it, and I'm not sure whether they will be doing it again.
I second talking to Piglet about Showcases in the Toronto area. I had heard talk of another being possible in the spring but not sure if it's gotten past the talk stage.
The one that we just had was a great success! I think all the performers had a great time, I know I did. And Piglet did an amazing job getting and keeping it together. It was even good for us close to Ottawans…4 of us drove down for it; me, 2 of my girlfriends and my hubby! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Really? I have the free skype, and everytime I have been logged in, the video call option has not been available to select…hmmmm

Hooked, I'm on MSN all the time, so if you come online and poling is workable for me at that time, I will pole with you.
I also have a Skype account, and added a few people yesterday, but the video calling option doesn't come with the basic free account whereas video messaging is free with MSN Messenger. I have worked with HellsBells and Tigger on the msn video chat and it works great, and that was even before I had a stable internet connection!

This is definitely a purely personal decision. I trained with a girl who had fabulously large implants and she didn't seem to have any trouble working around them, a tight sports bra kept them mostly in place…and they were definitely larger than yours.
I think your chest looks fabulous, but also not totally proportionate to your frame. Nothing wrong with that, in my opinion…but then my opinion would change if there were say a D or DD instead of a B! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
I have a natural D cup, but then I've had kids and add to that being older and the things gravity has done to my body, I'd love to get my boobs fixed. The thing is, I'd rather just have them pulled back up to where they used to be. Nothing to be done though because recovery from a lift is almost as long as having implants, if not longer depending on which surgeon you ask. In any case, that is just something I cannot afford to do money-wise, and if I could afford it, I can think of other things I need first…like my second house pole installed, my laminate installed in my basement pole area, or say a new house with taller ceilings! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
So, make sure you go over everything with your surgeon during your consult, and make sure 100% that you are doing it for the right reason…for YOU!

Peggy and her team did an amazing job putting this event together. She should be proud of her accoplishments, especially with the last minute issues.
The girls and one guy that performed did really awesome and I am so proud and happy I got to be apart of this event! Tigger, Rusty and I had a wonderful weekend in Toronto, and my husband was so supportive of all of us.

There will be a few Veeners there, Modelesque so come out and enjoy yourself! If worse comes to worse, I'm the one with flaming hair. I perform 4th but my husband and girlfriend will be manning laptop and cameras up front.
Which reminds me, the event will be streamed here to SV Chat, for those that want to watch but can't actually come to the show. Streaming I believe will commence around 8:30pm EST.

I believe the poor choice in name isn't from calling it a competition, but calling it a National Capital Pole competition, when it isn't open to everyone in the capital, only the studio's students. However, this isn't up to us to decide or debate.
