woohoo!!! sexy im so excited for you!! hows yours healing??? mine isn’t swollen anymore but here and there it still hurts. the bar is SO BIG now in my mouth, i cant wait to switch it to the smaller one. i hope you’re not still hungry!!! hopefully by now you’re able to eat normally. i wonder if we can switch our bars to the smaller one after 2 weeks instead of a month…

i was cleaning my room today and found a piece of paper that i had written dates on….i started learning the mindset and different exotic dance moves when i was 19, and then started pole dancing at 21….so on and off for 2 years ive been pole dancing.

definitely check out veena’s lessons if you can!!!! they’re affordable, chocked full of information and the best out there. ive been to a lot of different studios and veena’s lessons are by far the best. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif im so sorry you’re disappointed in your dvd you bought!! how frustrating!

the owner of the troupe i was in had an xstage that she used for performances and stuff- it took about 10 minutes to set up and take down. i was on it and there was a lot of room to use, the only thing i didnt like was the material that they used for the floor of the stage….i thought it was too slippery but then again i had been sweaty so who knows….

when i first learned the superman from veena, it hurt SO BAD!!!!!!!!!! oh my GOD i never felt such pain before!!! but after awhile your skin toughens up and the pain subsides….no worries, it wont always hurt! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
